The robot reign of death is coming says Pat Robertson
Boing Boing posted today a very scary item. Apparently televangelist Pat Robertson said on the air the other day that some kind of massive attack on the US will happen this year, and it’s going to be very, very bad. Said the minister of the airwaves:
“I’m not saying necessarily nuclear, the Lord didn’t say nuclear,” Mr Robertson said on his television show The 700 Club. “It’ll be mass killing, possibly millions of people, major cities.
What could kill kill millions that isn’t a nuclear attack? Robots, of course. Pat Robertson is trying to warn us that a terrible robot uprising is coming. That can be the only explanation. But he’s warning us so we can all get right with God. How do we stop these robots, Mr. Robertson? Didn’t the Lord tell you that? There has to be something we can do.
Maybe if I send a big enough donation to the 700 Club he’ll tell me.
