The Sexbots Are Cuming
The Japanese have the hots for robots because they can fill the looming shortage of labor in the service sector. The Europeans, on the other hand, just want to bang a few cyborgs.
Germany’s Der Spiegel has an article all about the sexual robot revolution focusing on British author David Levy, who argues that androids will make the perfect bed partners.
They will show us sexual practices that we hadn’t even imagined existed. We will love them and respect them, and we will entrust them with our most intimate secrets. All of this, says Levy, will be a reality in hardly more than 40 years from now.
Beyond programming the entire Kama Sutra into a robot, what’s left? What orifices have we yet to defile that these cybertronic lovers will teach us?
This could be the ultimate offensive of the robot uprising, turning us into a race of machine humping zombies. Humans will eventually stop procreating and die out, leaving the robots to rule over the planet.
An ingenious strategy to say the least.
