YouTube, We All Tube, Even The Queen
The British monarchy is getting hip with the Internets, announcing this week the launch of the Royal Channel on video sharing site YouTube. The English crown plans to post online the Queen’s annual Christmas message, traditionally broadcast on radio and television, and has already posted a variety of footage from the royal archives. I bet King Henry and all those other dukes and earls from the past are rolling in their graves.
The monarchy better watch out though. Those kids on the YouTube can be relentless with their comments and flames. And don’t forget about the spoof videos. Some of them might be even more scathing than anything Kids in the hall even did.
